- Collect the phone number ID, access token, and webhook verify token.
- Set an HTTPS webhook URL that your instance can receive.

Add the required values to your instance settings and restart the channel so webhook validation can complete.

Run end-to-end tests
- Send a message from a test phone to your bot number.
- Confirm inbound webhook logs and outbound reply delivery.
- If delivery fails, use the webhooks debugging checklist.
