Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the ClawNode service. By using our Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Illegal activity: Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Harmful content: Create, distribute, or facilitate malware, phishing, spam, or any content designed to harm systems or deceive users
- Abuse of third-party services: Use your AI instance to violate the terms of service of connected platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, etc.)
- Harassment and abuse: Harass, threaten, defame, or intimidate individuals or groups
- Impersonation: Impersonate another person, organization, or entity without authorization
- Child safety: Create, distribute, or solicit content that exploits or endangers minors
- Intellectual property: Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Fraud: Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
- Reselling without permission: Resell or sublicense the Service without our express written consent
- Circumvention: Attempt to circumvent security measures, access controls, or usage limits
3. Third-Party Service Compliance
When you connect your AI instance to messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram), you are responsible for complying with their respective terms of service and policies. Violations of those platforms' rules may result in action against your ClawNode account, as well as action by the platform itself.
4. Resource Usage
You must use the Service in a manner consistent with its intended purpose. Excessive or abusive use that degrades performance for other users or our infrastructure may be restricted. We reserve the right to set and enforce reasonable usage limits.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us. We will investigate reports and take appropriate action. We may also proactively monitor for violations and act accordingly.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and take legal action when necessary. We are not obligated to provide prior notice in cases of severe or repeated violations. No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated for AUP violations.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
