1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ClawNode ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
ClawNode provides managed hosting for OpenClaw AI assistant instances. The Service includes:
- Provisioning and maintenance of a dedicated virtual server
- Installation and configuration of OpenClaw software
- Ongoing updates, monitoring, and support
- Access to support ticket system for assistance
3. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription and Payment
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan on a recurring basis
- Provide a valid payment method
- Accept automatic renewal of your subscription until cancelled
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
5. Acceptable Use
Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations. You are solely responsible for how you and your AI instance interact with third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram).
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, branding, and infrastructure, is owned by us or our licensors. OpenClaw is open-source software governed by its own license. You retain ownership of your data and any content you create using the Service.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawNode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or revenue arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClawNode, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must cancel your subscription and stop using the Service.
